Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 50 Euros within Europe. For orders below 50 Euros, a flat shipping rate will be applied at checkout and the cost depends on the country we ship to. The minimum order outside Europe to benefit for free delivery is 80 Euros.

Order processing typically occurs on the same or the next business day, depending on the time your order was placed. Orders submitted before 2 pm are usually processed on the same day, while those after 2 pm are processed the following day. While we strive for efficient processing in 95% of cases, certain circumstances may result in slight delays. Orders placed on weekends are fulfilled on the subsequent business day.
To ensure the timely delivery of your Happy in our Skin products, please enter the correct shipping address and contact name at the time of purchase. Take responsibility to notify us promptly if any changes are needed, as modifications may be possible before shipment. Incorrect addresses may incur a €9.00 charge by our warehouse, impacting efficiency.
Return Policy
Unopened goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery. We will refund, provided the items are in their original condition. Upon receiving your return, we will assess the items for refund or exchange eligibility. Refunds may be denied if items are not returned in their original saleable state.
